Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements :

75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

BJC policy : Every other weekend required.

Metro float pool includes Barnes, Christian, MO Baptist, West County. St. Peters, Progress West. All within a 20 min radius of West County

Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hours

Special Requirements : Medicine : colorectal surgery, respite, hospice, oncology med (no chemo certified needed) Post-Operative / Surgical : short length of stay : ortho, GU, plastics, cosmetics, bariatric, minimally invasive.

Scrub Color : Navy Blue

Parking Cost : Free in any unrestricted space, you will see signage directing you to employee parking on the right. You are going to the back of the hospital. Employee parking spaces have yellow painted lines.

RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review. No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Holiday Policy : BJC requires travelers to work 2 out of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day).

Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.

All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.

No medical marijuana cards accepted.

Maximum days off : 7 days

2 references from any number of months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
