Florida Licensed Mortgage Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Loan Processor who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and analyze information necessary to process mortgage applications

Manage daily pipeline to meet rate lock expirations and mortgage commitment dates

Communicate loan status to all relevant parties and ensure compliance with disclosure requirements

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in processing residential home loans, preferably with conventional, FHA, and VA products

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements and available loan products

Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Encompass360 Bankers Edition

Ability to work independently and be highly motivated
