We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Cleveland, TN market. This high-volume B2B sales opportunity focuses on commercial waste removal and disposal services. You'll manage a mix of new business development and account retention, using a consultative approach to deliver customized solutions to clients in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell commercial waste and recycling services to businesses and industrial clients
  • Manage a personal sales territory through cold calling, prospecting, and in-person client visits
  • Develop strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for your book of business
  • Prepare and present customized proposals based on customer needs and waste stream analysis
  • Utilize and maintain Salesforce CRM (ARES) to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and initiate renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Work closely with internal departments including operations and customer service to meet client expectations
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and chamber of commerce activities to grow company visibility
  • Stay informed on waste industry trends, services, and pricing models to support customer success
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience preferred
  • Experience in solid waste, environmental services, or industrial sales is a plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and managing a sales pipeline
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
