About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our integrations with SAP ERP systems. You’ll lead a team of engineers dedicated to building and maintaining these integrations, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with customer needs. You’ll work closely with Product, Architecture, and other Engineering teams to ensure integration solutions support our broader product and business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Integration Leadership : Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations with SAP ERP systems, particularly S4 Private Cloud and S4 Public Cloud.
- Hands-on Engineering : Contribute directly to engineering efforts, modeling best practices and supporting your team on complex technical challenges.
- Team Management : Support and grow a high-performing team of engineers by fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Collaboration & Execution : Build strong partnerships with SAP Engineering and Product leadership. Work cross-functionally with internal product, engineering, and business teams to align integration solutions with company objectives.
Qualifications
Experience : 5+ years in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.SAP ERP Expertise : Deep knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including S4 Private Cloud and S4 Public Cloud, and experience integrating with them.Integration Experience : Demonstrated success building and managing integrations within an enterprise technology environment.Technical Expertise : Proficiency with relevant technologies, such as Java, Spring, and Kubernetes.Hands-on Leadership : Comfortable actively contributing to development while guiding teams on technical direction.Problem-Solving Mindset : Able to approach complex engineering challenges with creativity and sound decision-making.Collaboration & Influence : Strong communicator, able to convey technical concepts clearly and engage with stakeholders across levels and functions.Inclusive Team Leadership : Experience mentoring engineers and cultivating a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.Why Join?
