Centerpoint is a 16-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. The primary mission of Centerpoint is the treatment and rehabilitation of adolescent males with mental illness and challenging behaviors. Centerpoint provides a secure clinically intensive residential program that enhances growth and coping skills. The programs ultimate goal is to enable each resident to attain optimal psychological and social growth; to transition to a less restrictive setting and eventually into the greater community.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $54000 to $70000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI Provides The Training So That :

• YOU will be able to assist the Program Director in providing oversight and leadership to the staff including the residential clinical and nursing services at Centerpoint to ensure that across all domains youth are receiving state of the art trauma informed care.
• YOU will be able to provide leadership toward the mission and vision of the program and provide direct supervision to Centerpoints Administrative Team including Clinical Residential and Nursing Directors and be responsible for the provision of all services to youth and families including but not limited to residential educational and clinical services.
• YOU will be able to provide responsibilities for the operations of all clients services and support set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.
