Position Title: Billing Specialist
Department: Fiscal
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook, and possesses strong written communication skills. This is a fast-paced role within a well-established nonprofit organization.
HOURS
8 hours per day / 5 days per week

EDUCATION
High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Good organizational and communication skills, verbal and written skills and knowledge of billing systems is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Two (2) year experience in billing or administrative field preferred. Experience sorting, organizing, and reporting volumes of data preferred.
SETTING
Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc. is a non-profit organization, providing behavioral healthcare services including chemical dependency and mental health services.
