Shift : Nights – 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM

Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN for a 90-bed community hospital in Auburn, NY . This is a Med Surg Float position , and floating to other units as needed is required. Ideal candidates are confident in telemetry interpretation, IV therapy, and stroke patient care.

Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality care to Med Surg and Telemetry patients

Interpret tele strips and manage patient care independently

Administer IV therapy (facility does not have IV team)

Float to other units as needed

Participate in every other weekend coverage

Document patient care in Paragon EMR system

Requirements :

Active NYS RN license

Minimum 2 years Med Surg / Telemetry experience required

BLS and ACLS required

NIHSS certification and 6 CEUs on stroke-related topics required prior to start

IV experience required

Travel experience preferred

Ability to float and work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Unit Notes :

Community Hospital – 90 beds

RN : PT ratio 1 : 6–7
