Job descriptionCustomer Service : Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering their questions, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or complaints both in person and online. Sales : Actively engaging with customers to promote and sell products or services, utilizing effective sales techniques, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Product Knowledge : Developing a deep understanding of the store's products or services, staying updated on new arrivals or promotions, and effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers. Cashiering and Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations : Processing customer purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, or other forms of payment, and maintaining accurate records of sales and transactions. Merchandising : Maintaining the visual appeal and organization of the store, including arranging and restocking products, ensuring proper product placement, and participating in inventory management. Store Operations : Assisting with opening or closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the store, monitoring and reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and following store policies and procedures. Social Media : Assisting with the management and maintenance of Bonnie Clydes Store social media accounts and collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging social media content such as photos, videos, and written posts. Teamwork and Collaboration : Working effectively with other store associates, supporting colleagues during busy periods, and contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment. Returns and Exchanges : Processing customer returns or exchanges, following established return policies, and providing assistance or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Event Planning and Execution : Assisting with the planning and execution of store events and local pop-ups, including setup, customer engagement, and closing to ensure successful and well-organized events. Operational Support : Providing assistance in various operational tasks such as inventory management, PR operations, order fulfillment, returns, quality checking, shipping logistics, and customer service support to ensure seamless operations in the direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Operations Associate located in Los Angeles, CA. The Store Operations Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining high levels of customer service, handling retail sales, and supporting store management in daily operations. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty through excellent communication and service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Sales
- Store Management capabilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience in the eyewear or fashion industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
