Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely communication of updates to stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.

Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and reports.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their project requirements and expectations.

Lead project team meetings to address challenges and align on project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

Proven experience in construction project management, preferably within the Business Services industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to navigate project challenges.
