Patient Engagement Associate

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Associate to facilitate telephonic outreach and enrollment for families of children with special health care needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic outreach to families, assisting them with downloading the app and scheduling enrollment visits

Communicate services effectively and address any objections from parents and families

Support outreach efforts in coordination with the Local Outreach Team and meet engagement targets

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Reliable internet access required

Minimum of one year of experience in an outreach, customer service, or call center role

Bilingual in Spanish required
