• Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

• Litigation Attorney
• to join our dynamic legal team. This role involves handling a full litigation caseload from filing to resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate is confident in the courtroom, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to achieving outstanding results for clients.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and litigate a personal injury caseload from inception to trial or settlement
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and the court
• Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants as needed
• Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar (or ability to waive in)
• Minimum of 25 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred but not required)
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong negotiation skills and trial experience a plus
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload with minimal supervision

Pay : $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
