You will leverage digital tools and technology platforms to support business operations, improve workflow efficiency, and provide exceptional administrative support. Requirements include managing digital filing systems and ensuring the secure organization of electronic records, coordinating and scheduling meetings using online platforms, preparing, editing, and formatting documents and presentations using cloud-based office suites, assisting with onboarding new employees by managing online training and technology setup, tracking office inventory and ordering supplies using procurement software, generating reports and dashboards to support decision-making using business tools, and maintaining confidentiality and data integrity with sensitive information.
