The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, digital strategy, research support and management consulting. The DCCC is supported by the contributions of individuals and organizations, along with Democratic Members, from throughout the country. Due to the cyclic nature of our organization, all positions are subject to separation at the end of the election cycle.

• Responsibilities Provide the highest level of support and service as well as serve as primary liaison with DCCC Directors and cross departmental collaboration by providing prompt, professional responsiveness and excellent analytic insight;
• Present relevant analysis to Frontline members at quarterly Frontline meetings and delegation meetings;
• Foster a culture of learning that encourages Regional Analytics Directors to learn from national research and analysis;
• Coordinate with the National Analytics Director and fellow Directors in executing analysis that remains cohesive across the various stakeholders;

Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Executive Director and National Analytics Director to ensure the success of the Analytics team.

[Preferred] Intermediate or advanced skills in Python, R is preferred.
