About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a high-performing, remote-first family law practice committed to helping families navigate transition with empathy, clarity, and strong advocacy. The firm prioritizes culture, collaboration, and attorney development to ensure both clients and team members thrive.

We are seeking a seasoned Family Law Attorney who leads with emotional intelligence, communicates with purpose, and advocates with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, and complex family law matters
• Prepare and argue motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements
• Advocate in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Provide strategic, client-centered counsel
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to improve outcomes and client experience

Required Qualifications

Preferred Experience

⭐ Familiarity with King, Snohomish, and Pierce County local rules

⭐ Experience managing complex custody + financial issues

⭐ Record of building lasting client relationships
