Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of ICU experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
  • Patient population includes critically ill adults requiring intensive nursing care
  • 12-hour AM shifts are required for this role
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Responsibilities include monitoring, assessing, and providing care for critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Requesting time off (RTO) is limited to a maximum of 5 days unless requested on or near a holiday, when only 3 days are permitted; only one holiday request allowed
  • If returning as a prior permanent staff member, a one-year separation from the health system or 18 months from the specific facility is required
  • Holiday shifts may be required based on unit needs

  • Active Georgia or Compact RN license must be in hand
  • Minimum of 18 months of ICU nursing experience is required
  • Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
