Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join the Optic, Payments / Credit, and DEX technology teams. This role is responsible for supporting the setup, installation, and monitoring of payment terminals and related hardware / software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in POS systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.\n\nResponsibilities : \nDirect field personnel in the installation of new payment terminal equipment and related hardware / software.^Provide accurate verbal instructions for diagnostics and installations.^Configure and upgrade software on newly installed devices.^Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact operations.^Manage multiple support tickets, prioritizing based on urgency and impact.^Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.
