Key Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategies to grow revenue and expand the Integrator program
Managing relationships with Integrator partners and overseeing recruitment and onboarding
Coaching team members and tracking performance metrics to enhance program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
5+ years of experience in sales management, focusing on channel partnerships
Proven success in developing strategic plans for revenue growth
Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring team members
Knowledge of the industrial automation or software industry is highly desirable
