Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic case management for Workers' Compensation claims, focusing on clinical appropriateness and timely return-to-work
Facilitate communication among injured workers, employers, providers, and insurers to ensure effective coordination
Conduct clinical assessments and develop actionable plans to address recovery barriers
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
At least 3 years of Workers' Compensation experience
Proof of current, valid state RN licensure
Case management experience preferred
Knowledge of current clinical trends and case management standards
