Job Summary : Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced primary and / or specialty care to our patients. Responsibilities will include but not limited to, performing physical exams, recording patient medical history, creating care plans and administering diagnostic test.

- Examines, diagnoses and treats patients
- Diagnoses and treats variety of diseases in general practice
- Collects, records and maintains accurate patient information
- Documents items such as : past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and plan
