Role Description :
This is a full-time position for Service Manager.
We are looking for a candidate who takes a 'hands-on' approach to management and is willing to lead by example and with empathy. You will work to support our staff to successfully provide guests with a service that is warm, knowledgeable & appreciative. In addition to being present on the floor during service, your job duties will include events, and administrative tasks such as composing daily reports, cash handling, ordering & closing the restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.
They will positively lead and inspire the service team, contributing to a collaborative work environment and culture.
