IDC is seeking a Senior Director of Program Management to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a critical strategic initiative. In this role, you will bring a passion for operational excellence and sit within business operations leading a cross-functional initiative that supports the business to enable greater operational efficiency and effectiveness through enabling new ways of working with technology solutions.

The Senior Director of Program Management is a leader responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a portfolio of projects. This role involves defining program goals, establishing effective governance, and providing expert guidance to cross functional teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio oversight : Manage a portfolio of workstreams, overseeing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of program outcomes
• Cross-Functional execution excellence : Lead across various business functions to drive alignment, manage dependenciesensuring execution of program from end-to-end, establishing best practices, standard processes, and performance metrics.
• Team development : Mentor and lead cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder management : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, clear communication, and risk mitigation.
• Risk management : Proactively identify, track, and manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and driving timely resolutions.
• Reporting : Develop and deliver end-to-end program reporting (project to executive-level) on program status, key milestones, and financial performance to keep leadership informed.

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $218,000.-$240,000. USD and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
