Job description

Hospital-employed Pediatrics opening to join close-knit medical staff, which is part of a large Pennsylvania health system.

Flexible schedule can be 4-day work week
Established group practice with shared call (mostly by phone)
90% Outpatient position with low-volume nursery rounding when on call
Attend deliveries less than 2% of the time
Relocation, Signing Bonus, Retention Bonus
Guaranteed Salary, Quality and Productivity Bonus
Immediate eligibility for retirement plans with match
6 weeks of Paid Time Off
Total earning exceeds 385K
Up to additional 120K in Student Loan Repayment

Requirements :

Can support J1 visa and H1B visa (cap exempt employer)
