Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for team members and handle escalated calls to resolve complex customer issues
Assist customers with inquiries related to benefits, billing, authorizations, and appointment scheduling
Meet performance goals in areas such as call quality, efficiency, and first call resolution
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service or call center experience
Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overtime
