Schedule : Mon-Fri / 8am-4 : 30pm (we are flexible with a schedule of a start time from 7 : 30am-11 : 00am)

Job Profile Summary

Investigates and processes requests in support of customers and internal / external business partners performed under general supervision. The individual assists management or subject matter expert in activities of basic complexity, requiring some independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data enter transactions to insurance policies and other functions to support the team
• May receive and respond to written and verbal communication from internal and external business partners
• Reports system and / or policy issues
• Maintains and reports daily work condition based on business unit needs
• Investigates and resolves requests and / or inquiries of basic complexity
