Job Description:
This opportunity is for a self-driven and motivated Physical Therapy Aide looking to gain new experience and searching for a challenging start to his or her career. We are hiring in Glendale & Briarwood facilities. The ideal candidate MUST have a desire to enter the physical therapy profession.

Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction & Exercise Assistance

• Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises safely, effectively, and with purpose.
• Ensure patients understand the "why" behind every movement.
• Be present, engaged, and empathetic to help patients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Collaboration with Clinical Team

• Work closely with Physical Therapists to execute treatment plans and gather insights.
• Communicate observations and patient feedback to guide care.
• Act not as a helperbut as an essential teammate in each patient's rehabilitation journey.

Safety & Equipment Management

• Apply and remove hot/cold packs safely and responsibly; safety is non-negotiable.
• Maintain, clean, and organize gym equipment, treatment areas, and supplies.
• Ensure the clinic is always ready to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

Documentation & Flow Sheet Management

• Manage patient flow sheets accurately from evaluation through discharge.
• Support timely and precise documentation for clinical and billing purposes.

Facility Upkeep & Operational Excellence

• Lead daily opening and closing duties to keep the clinic clean, professional, and welcoming.
• Take ownership of cleanliness, organization, and readiness because first impressions matter.

Culture & Communication

• Represent our brand both inside and outside the clinic with professionalism and integrity.
