ASPA offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes :

Starting Salary $250K + additional earning potential for call coverage

Salary based on years’ experience, up to $290K base salary for experienced CRNAs + additional earning potential for call coverage

$100,000 sign on bonus for 3-year commitment!

Other sign-on bonus options are available for 1- and 2-year commitments.

Comprehensive call stipend package for weekday, weekend and holiday call coverage

24 hour or 16-hour call shifts with condensed scheduling options

W2 full-time call shift positions

Premium and incentive shifts available at some sites

6 weeks PTO, 7 paid holidays

Collaborative and Progressive Anesthesia Care Team Model

For over 30 years, ASPA’s commitment to excellence in caregiver experience and in patient care has enabled us to remain the largest anesthesia group in Delaware, and one of the largest private practice anesthesia groups in the country. We currently provide services at 3 hospitals, 3 office-based practices, and 7 ASCs across Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Our prime location in northern Delaware is in the heart of the beautiful Brandywine River Valley, only a 40-minute commute from Center City Philadelphia. The greater Philadelphia area is a prime location on the East Coast, less than 2 hours by car / train from major cities such as Washington, D.C., Baltimore and New York, and an hour from both beach & mountain resort areas. With a lower cost of living than many other metropolitan areas and nationally renowned school systems, northern Delaware & southeastern Pennsylvania are an ideal setting for new graduates & experienced applicants alike.

Due to ASPA’s ongoing expansion, we are actively recruiting CRNAs and SRNAs currently enrolled in accredited training programs.
