Global responsibility for all revenue generation processes via the Sales, Client Management and Professional Services organizations. This role will also have direct management and executive oversight of this organization, with Regional Heads reporting directly to this person.

Responsible and accountable for the compete Revenue of the platform business, including CRD, CRPM, ADP and our partnerships.

Direct line responsibility for Client Delivery and Client Sentiment for all customers channels.

Accountable for driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing and revenue management. This also includes developing effective partnership to improve revenue across State Street, e.g. Alpha. Breaks down silos so that sales, marketing, client management, professional services are aligned globally and working together to create the best possible customer experience

Responsible for overseeing the strategy for profitable revenue generation over the organization's short and long term. Contributes executive level input and insight into the overall business and growth strategy for the Alpha Platform organization.

Demonstrates executive leadership by harnessing the power of data and executive level partnerships internally and externally to drive and adapt go-to-market strategies and tactics that drive profitable growth.

Through strong understanding of Alpha Platform's products and services, knows how (and leads others) to integrate into a client's technology stack to sell, implement, support and monetize it globally properly.

Serves as a senior executive externally for the Alpha Platform organization (along with Alpha and State Street) to build key partnership with clients (existing and prospective) and other important organizations. This includes serving as an executive level escalation point for client relationships.

Salary Range :

$225,000 - $337,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
