The Opportunity
Candescent is scaling fast, and modern marketing depends on intelligence. The Senior Director of Marketing Ops & Intelligence will architect and optimize the systems, processes, and insights that power our marketing engine. This leader will ensure our MarTech stack, automation, attribution, and digital properties operate as a cohesive, data-driven growth system-while pushing the frontier on how AI elevates marketing performance.
This role is based in our Atlanta HQ or U.S. remote (with regular travel to Atlanta) reporting directly to the CMO, this is a high-impact role at the center of Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product. You'll enable the team to move faster, measure better, and continuously improve.
