The Impact Youll Make

In your first year, youll :

• Run daily field operations for multimillion-dollar hospitality or multifamily builds, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are not only met but exceeded.
• Establish a proactive safety culture that keeps every crew member protected and every inspector confident.
• Lead site logistics, trade coordination, and daily team accountability with full support from a trusted project management team.
• Build strong partnerships with owners, city officials, architects, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth approvals and fewer jobsite delays.
• Mentor up-and-coming field leaders and shape the next generation of builders.

Total Comp : Base salary $100,500$150,000 (DOE) + performance bonus + auto allowance + fuel reimbursement
