Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls regarding benefits inquiries and eligibility
Manage call volume while providing accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling sensitive customer information
Required Qualifications
Previous call center experience
Experience with health & welfare, pension, or retirement benefits
Strong keyboarding skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Successful completion of a background check
