A day in the life of a Senior Analyst, Global Assurance at VF looks a little like this.

As Senior Analyst you will support the Senior Manager, Internal Audit (AMER) in managing projects within the region. You will plan, coordinate and deliver the audit service plan for the AMER region in addition to being a coach and reference point to ensure the growth of the audit team members based within the region.

• Coordinate and participate in person in delivering Global Assurance audits and advisory projects both with reference to internal and external resources.
• Confirm and complete the scope of the audit with the relevant owner or audit liaison.
• Creating audit programs, conduct the audit/review, review staff work, and leading the follow through to report issuance for financial and operational audits.
• Provide technical guidance to staff, ensuring that objectives are met.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training for peers and team members.
• Examine and review the working papers completed by the audit teams ensuring that the audit objectives are met, and evidence supports the findings.
• Prepare reports of findings and recommendations and present to Management.
• This role will support divisions and subsidiaries in evaluating and recommending improvements to business practices, processes, and control procedures.
• Conducting bi-annual inventory observations and periodic SOX control reviews acting on behalf of our external auditors.

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3-5 years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's in one of the following fields of concentration Accounting, Finance or Business, Data Analytics, IT/Information Security/Cyber Security, Supply Chain Management or other similar concentrations
• Certification preferred which may include CPA, CISA, CIA, and/or CFE
• Prior experience in Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting/Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain highly preferred
• Technologically proficiency (i.e., Excel required and/or Power BI preferred and any other Data Analytics tool is a plus)
• Sense of urgency and strong organizational skills
• Experience managing small project teams

Hiring Range: $64,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
