Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time (1st shift 7a-3p)

  • Spring Group of Greensboro, NC, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional services that enhance the lives of older adults. Our community offers a full continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team on the 1st shift (7am-3pm). As a CNA, you will provide high-quality, hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in accordance with state regulations and facility standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor.
  • Accurately document care and services provided in the electronic health record.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
  • Follow all infection control guidelines, safety protocols, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other team members to ensure seamless resident care.

    • Qualifications

  • Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training program.
  • Current listing in good standing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry .
  • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with older adults.
  • Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, and employment verification.
