Image Management Specialist

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, onsite, position working Monday thru Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM. You will work at 1212 Deming Way in Middleton, WI.

We are seeking an Image Management Assistant to :

• Develop proficiency and expertise in moving clinical data to viewing locations on radiology imaging systems, transferring images from electronic media, and identifying anatomy, modalities, and procedure types.
• Edit and correct records for UW Health images and other imaging that resides in UW Health's radiology imaging systems, including the merging and linking of patient records.
• Work closely with other staff to provide imaging record services to physicians, faculty, and staff both internally and externally.
• Understand policies and procedures surrounding record release, record retention, and record destruction.
