Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior team to understand hiring needs, write job descriptions, source candidates, and fill openings
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires
Coordinate training and development for new hires and ensure compliance with recruitment policies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech startups or communications agencies
Proven interview skills with the ability to make informed candidate decisions
Strong organization and project management skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team
