Job description

Location : Miami, FL (Hybrid) – also open to Nashville, TN

Job Type : Full-time

Salary Range : $85,000–$103,000 + up to 12% bonus + generous benefits

Role Overview :

BCG is hiring an HR Senior Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle across offices in Miami, Nashville, and Atlanta . This is a broad, hands-on HR generalist role that includes onboarding / offboarding, benefits and leave administration, mobility, employee relations, and HRIS management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage onboarding / offboarding processes including orientation, I-9s, and exit interviews
  • Administer U.S. benefits, leaves of absence, and mobility assignments (domestic & international)
  • Maintain and audit HRIS data integrity; generate reports and analytics
  • Serve as a liaison for immigration processes and secondments
  • Provide guidance on policies and employee relations topics
  • Act as point of contact for employees and liaise with cross-functional HR teams

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of HR experience (or 2 years HR + 2 years relevant experience)
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, U.S. benefits, and employment practices
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High integrity and collaborative mindset
