What You'll Do

Be the Voice of the Company :

Answer customer calls (200+ per month) with professionalism and empathy.

Own the Inbox :

Respond to email inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide order updates with clarity and care.

Solve Problems :

Troubleshoot issues, manage returns, and handle escalations with a calm, solution-focused mindset.

Collaborate Across Teams :

Work closely with Sales, Shipping, Accounting, and Materials to ensure smooth order processing.

Keep It Organized :

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage key account orders from start to finish.

Phone Confidence :

You're comfortable handling high call volumes and resolving customer concerns.

You type 50+ WPM and manage multiple tasks without missing the details.

Tech Savvy :

You're proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems.

Analytical Mindset :

You can perform basic math and use Excel to interpret data and create simple graphs.

Preferred Qualifications

Post-secondary education

Previous experience in customer service or sales support

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role in Omaha, NE, requiring attendance five days a week. You'll be part of a supportive team in a dynamic, moderately busy office setting.
