Boston, MA | $90,000 - $110,000 | Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered a prominent real estate development and management firm, to identify a Senior Property Accountant . This role is key to ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting for a diverse property portfolio.

Base salary $90-110k plus comprehensive benefits

Hybrid schedule : 2-3 days per week onsite in downtown Boston

Responsibilities :

Perform all aspects of property-level accounting, including monthly close and reconciliations

Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Support annual audits, budgets, and forecasts

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on property performance

Collaborate with property management and finance teams to improve processes

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

4+ years of property accounting experience

MRI software experience is required (no exceptions)

Strong technical accounting, analytical, and communication skills
