Our client, a leader in global cloud infrastructure and data center operations, is seeking a Data Center Operations / Service Delivery Specialist to join their team.

As a Data Center Operations / Service Delivery Specialist , you will be part of the Data Center Operations organization supporting Critical Environment, Construction, and Service Delivery teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , exceptional attention to detail , and a solutions‑oriented mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Manage and coordinate small-to-medium data center infrastructure and hardware deployment projects from initiation through completion.
• Serve as the primary operations point of contact throughout design, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases.
• Conduct CE audits, compliance reviews, and site readiness walks (L2–L4, Post‑IST, turnover).
• Drive operational issue resolution, warranty / defect tracking, and adherence to Plan of Record (POR).
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, logistics, and SME teams to ensure seamless delivery of data center equipment and services.
