Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in Patient Care, Health Insurance, and Medical Supplies
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with potential for occasional evening and weekend shifts
Must have own computer equipment for remote work
Knowledge of account flow processes and complaint resolution procedures
Proficiency in documenting correspondence in a company database
