We are seeking a TMS Patient Experience Partner who brings both skill and heart : someone who understands the impact this role has on patients’ lives, who values compassion as much as precision, and who wants to help people transcend limitations and truly transform their well-being.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with patients through their TMS journey, offering warmth, encouragement, and trust
  • Administer NeuroStar® TMS treatments under provider supervision (training & certification provided)
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Perform daily equipment safety checks to ensure the highest standard of care
  • Provide a supportive presence to patients receiving care for depression, OCD, anxiety, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless, boutique-level patient experience

Who You Are

  • You have a heart for mental health and believe in helping people live at their fullest potential
  • Compassionate, approachable, and able to put patients at ease
  • Strong communicator who conveys warmth and empathy
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
  • Healthcare or psychology background helpful but not required — most important are your people skills and compassion

    • Role Details

  • Part-time to eventual full-time
  • Pay range : $20–$22 / hour
  • Schedule : Flexible morning and evening shifts available Monday–Friday, plus optional Saturdays 8 : 30 am–12 : 30 pm
  • Location : Centrally located in Berry Hill, convenient to Nashville neighborhoods
