Slot Floor Technician

Pay Rate : $22.50 an hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle machine related customer issues promptly
• Install, move, test, repair and maintain slot and electronic / electro-mechanical components, sub-systems and systems
• Review, interpret and verify slot pay tables, settings and jackpots of pre-established amounts
• Troubleshoot and repair slots and associated player tracking system to minimize down time and maximize profitability of the gaming operation
• Independently and / or cooperatively perform advanced tasks including but not limited to RAM clears, setup and configuration of software, progressive system(s) hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Assist in the ongoing training and development of other team members
• Maintain security of company assets
• Perform assigned tasks in compliance with applicable regulations
