Job descriptionMentor and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed their goals. Lead by example through your own personal sales. Serve as the main client contact for your team. Drive accountability and praise your team for their successes. Track KPIs to drive account growth. A proven track record in sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships. A drive for success and a desire to help others achieve their goals. Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role is a plus. Familiarity with CRM programs and POS reporting is also a plus. Verizon Wireless Zone - Sales Manager
The Verizon Wireless Zone in Summit Ridge Plaza (Mt. Pleasant) is seeking a motivated and engaging sales manager. We are a family-run organization, committed to delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. Our team is built on collaboration, innovation, and a drive for excellence. Our Verizon locations are locally owned and operated and include MD, KY, OH, PA, and WV, providing ample opportunity for growth and advancement.
Salary : $60,352.53 to $72,682.62 per year.
Commission & Bonus : Base pay plus access to a 21% commission payout. You will also be eligible for a manager bonus program focused on profit sharing and success in key performance indicators.
Kickstart Commission : 60 days of Kickstart Commission to earn faster.
