As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in planning and managing personalized patient care. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and Physicians, serving as their vital support in performing thorough assessments of patient health. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Administering and monitoring medications and dressing changes for patients.
• Supervising nursing assistants and leading a dedicated team of nurses.
• Identifying and addressing any issues that may arise in a patient’s care plan, providing effective solutions.
• Administering intravenous medications and fluids while ensuring the proper care of IV lines.

Shift : PM, 7 PM - 7 AM
