PPG – Family Medicine, Huntington Stults

• Office Location : Parkview Huntington Hospital, 2001 Stults Rd, Huntington, IN 46750.
• Team : Consists of physicians & advanced practice providers
• Weekly Patient Contact : 36 hours with 4 hours administrative time
• Call Requirement : Very light telephone call (access center triages initial inquires)
• Inpatient and obstetric practice optional
