Job Description
The Youth Clinical Therapist provides face-to-face diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management for youth, supporting sobriety, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
- Proficient in DSM-5 assessments for children, teens, and adults, with experience in various clinical modalities.
- Conducts therapy sessions in-office and community settings, maintaining accurate clinical records and meeting productivity goals.
- Maintains community resource knowledge to support clients’ needs, and documents via EHR system.
- Qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree, active Ohio or Michigan license, 2+ years of behavioral health experience, and valid driver’s license.
- Requires physical ability to lift, push, and stand for extended periods, and operate a vehicle safely.
Offering a full-time salary range of $58,000–$70,000 with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible schedule, this hybrid role is based in Oregon, OH.
