Job Description

Performs diversified clerical duties including, but not limited to, transcribing handwritten and / or Dictaphone transcription of patient charts, detailed reports, test results, etc.

Job Responsibility

• Performs diversified clerical duties.
• Transcribes handwritten and / or Dictaphone transcription of patient charts, detailed reports, test results, etc.
• Types correspondence, documents, manuscripts, etc.
• Answers phones, taking messages.
• Carries out miscellaneous duties related to department.
