Atlassian is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect , reporting to the Head of Partner Solutions, Enterprise Cloud. Atlassian is on a mission to help customers compete and win in the modern, digital economy. We support enterprise customers in migrating their Atlassian products to the Cloud, navigating complex projects that require detailed discovery, assessment, planning, and testing before production migration. Our Partner Solutions Architects help our Solutions Partners and their enterprise customers move to the Cloud and benefit from Atlassian’s platform innovation.

Our Partner Solutions Acceleration team brings together experts in Cloud Acceleration & Migration, Solution Design, and Architecture. We focus on building partner cloud capabilities and drive successful cloud transformations by providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and best-in-class solutions to support seamless migrations and enterprise adoption. In this role, you will drive digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives, leveraging your expertise in product, consulting, and sales. You’ll work closely with partners and stakeholders in a matrix environment, articulate the value and technical benefits of SaaS platforms, and guide customers through secure cloud migrations and transformations. You’ll also develop deep knowledge of the Atlassian platform and become a subject matter expert to support customer success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Partner capability strategy across the AMER market in collaboration with Global Cloud Leaders, Solution Strategists, Customer Support, Partner & Alliances, and Sales to grow and accelerate cloud migration and adoption.
• Collaborate with Atlassian Partners to create packaged implementation cloud migration services, solutions, and GTM strategy.
• Conduct cloud migration capability, technical, and practice workshops with Partners.
• Assess channel coverage, partner capacity, and recruitment requirements for cloud migrations across various partnership models.
• Partner with enterprise sales to educate on partner capabilities and optimize the co-selling motion.
• Lead and collaborate across Atlassian to build and deliver a coordinated capability model.
• Focus on and lead cloud migrations and thought leadership programs.
