Responsibilities
- Provide technical and programmatic advisory services during program execution of communication architectures.
- Develop and author test strategies, plans, and reports to validate system performance against specifications.
- Execute and oversee enterprise, system, and acquisition-level test activities, including readiness events and regression testing.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and usability.
- Lead acquisition systems integration tasks, to include regression testing, and provide deliverables in support of the integration of the products, processes, subsystems, and components of complex enterprise systems.
- Regularly interact with customers, developers, and supporting contractors for technical information exchange, planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to balance mission priorities, user needs, and program constraints.
Qualifications
Required Skills :
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS / SCI clearance with Polygraph.Bachelor's (or equivalent) in engineering-related field with 12 to 15 years of experience, or Master's in engineering-related field with 10 to 13 years of experience, or Ph.D. in engineering related field with 10+ years of experience.Demonstrated experience providing Systems Engineering and Technical Advisory (SETA) support within the Intelligence Community or related domains.Strong background in space / ground communications system testing, systems engineering, and VV&T.Proven ability to author test strategies and plans, execute tests, analyze results, and report findings.Familiarity with automated test tools and interpreting outputs.Expertise in evaluating and integrating complex systems, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, logical, and concise summaries.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team engagement.Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.Self-motivated with strong initiative and follow-through.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products for planning and communication.Desired Skills :
Prior experience with GEOINT and / or SIGINT systems, and / or mission operations.Experience with cross-domain solutions.Experience with AWS services and infrastructure.Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) / Digital Engineering.EEO Statement
