Job description
A company is looking for a Licensed Healthcare Agent to assist beneficiaries with their Medicare needs.
Key Responsibilities
Meet performance expectations including sales goals and call quality
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Provide customer care and maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers
Required Qualifications
Active Health or Life & Health Insurance License
1 year of Medicare experience
Knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid plans
Computer proficiency in Microsoft programs and Windows systems
Ability to work in a virtual team environment
