Summary You will serve as the Integrated Vetting Technical Advisor in the Office of the Chief of Naval Intelligence & Security. Responsibilities You will provide strategic leadership, technical authority, and policy governance for the Department of the Navy’s (DON) integrated vetting programs. You will lead development, coordination and presentation of DON wide integrated vetting strategy, ensuring alignment with DoD / Intelligence Community / National Insider Threat Task Force (NITTF) standards and statutory requirements. You will oversee the integrated vetting program portfolio (insider threat and personnel vetting) ensuring policy coherence, program effectiveness, and performance measurement. You will act as a trusted liaison with senior DON leaders, DoD principals, service components, and external partners to advance integrated vetting priorities and resolve complex issues. You will provide subject matter expertise in support of formal investigations, inquiries, or program reviews related to insider threat and personnel vetting.
